195 feet of lake frontage on Beaver Pond in Bridgton, Maine. Canoe, kayak, swim to the raft, or sit in an Adirondack and watch the mist lift off the water.

The Lodge
Three Loons Lodge has been in our family since the 1970s. Our parents fell in love with Beaver Pond during family summers here, eventually building this lodge and retiring on its shores. After 65 years of marriage they left it to their three children who decided the right thing to do was share it.
Wake up to the call of the loons, have your morning coffee on the screened 3-season porch, and spend your days paddling, swimming out to the raft, or sitting in an Adirondack chair on the grassy lawn above our stretch of a sweeping 400-foot sandy beach cove — one of only a handful of sandy beaches on Beaver Pond and the largest by far. We own 195 feet of it. Most of the pond's shoreline is rocky Maine coast, and newer properties are set back from the water by law — as one of the original grandfathered properties on the pond, we're right there at the water's edge. Sleeping up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and a sleeping nook, the lodge has everything you need — full kitchen with Nespresso, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, washer/dryer, and more watercraft than you'll know what to do with. Fresh water from our own private well. Year-round retreat — swim in summer, ski Pleasant Mountain in winter, just 3 miles away.
“The best part was being able to jump into the canoe and do some fishing without any motorboats on the pond — a very peaceful and enjoyable paddle.”
