Put in below Swans Falls dam, drift 3.8 miles past the Fryeburg Fairgrounds, take out at Canal Bridge on Route 302. About 3–4 hours. Saco River Canoe & Kayak handles tubes and shuttle. Bring your own and go at your own pace.

Main Street backs up badly in summer. Local secret: take Willett Road next to Hannaford (across from McDonald's), up the hill to High Street, turn right, straight to the rotary. First right = Main Street. Second right = Route 302 back to the lodge. Memorize this on day one.
